Market research: With the development of product integration and high-end, household appliances have shifted from simple LED indicator lights, digital tubes, and segment code display cost-effectiveness to high-end display and highly integrated design.
Project proposal: Based on customer product requirements, the LCD adopts a resolution of 320 * 160, DFSTN LCD type, and high integration and reliability design.
Structural design: Adopting COG+BL structure, LCD, driver chip, backlight, FPC and other components are combined through this structure.
Electronic design: Using COG method to bind the driver chip to the LCD surface, achieving high integration design.

Optical performance testing: After the production of the display module sample, the professional optical testing equipment BM-7 is used to test and evaluate the optical performance indicators such as brightness, color, contrast, and viewing angle of the display module, ensuring that all indicators meet the design requirements.
Electrical performance testing: Conduct electrical performance testing on the driver circuit, interface circuit, etc. of the display module, including signal integrity testing, power consumption testing, etc. The stability and reliability of the circuit meet the design requirements.
Environmental reliability testing: Place the display module in a reliable experimental environment with industrial control specifications such as high temperature, low temperature, high humidity, etc., simulate various working conditions in actual use, and ensure that the product's environmental adaptability and reliability meet the design specifications.
Preparation for mass production: After completing testing and validation, preparations are made before mass production, including optimization of production processes, debugging of production equipment, completion of drawing upload systems, procurement and delivery of raw materials, and quality control, ensuring the smooth progress of the mass production process and consistency of product quality.
